The feature rich specification of the Meindl Island Lady MFS Active includes a luxurious full leather lining, an oiled Nubuck Leather upper including the Air-Active® drysole which helps vent warm, moist air from inside the boot via openings in the cuff and a bicolor Vibram Multigrip dual-density sole unit for shock absorption and grip. A heat-moldable foam is used to cushion the ankle/heel region of the boot. This foam actively molds to the profile of your foot using only the heat generated inside the boot. The result is a customized fit for everyone.

MFS stands for Memory Foam System. This technology offers a perfect adjustment to your foot. The MFS foam in the bootleg softens through body temperature and pressure and adjusts to the shape of your foot.

Air-Active Technology®
Meindl's Air-Active technology is a special shock absorbing and ventilation construction. A special, highly reticulated foam improves the ventilation of the outer shaft and the lining and thus provides an optimum shoe climate.

DiGAfix®
DiGAfix® is the flexible, diagonal retaining system. In the instep area it exerts no pressure on the foot and allows for the ideal "counter-lacing".
