There is no delivery cost for deliveries effected within Germany if the products ordered amount to €35 or more. We charge a delivery cost of €3,50 for purchases under this amount. You have 14 days right of withdrawal for all articles ordered online.
You can pay by credit card, via Paypal or you can prepay your order via bank transfer.

These General Terms and Conditions of the Unterwegs Outdoor Shop GmbH (hereafter referred to as the seller) apply to all contracts that a consumer or an entrepreneur (hereafter referred to as the buyer) closes with the seller regarding the products displayed in the seller's online shop. As far as the buyer’s general terms and conditions are inconsistent with ours, their application shall be subject to our explicit written approval.
A buyer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any individual person that closes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be assigned to neither his/her commercial nor his/her freelance occupational activities. An entrepreneur within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any individual or legal person or an incorporated partnership with legal capacity that closes a legal transaction in the course of exercising their commercial or their freelance occupational activities.
II. Contract ClosingThe product presentation in the online shop is a non-binding online catalog and not a legally binding offer, but is a prompt for the buyer to submit an offer.
The buyer can submit the offer via the online order form integrated in the online shop. The buyer puts the chosen products into the digital shopping cart and passes through the electronic ordering process. By clicking the button that finalizes the order process the buyer submits a legally binding offer in regard to the products in the shopping cart. The buyer can also submit the offer by phone, fax, email, or by letter.
The seller will acknowledge the reception of the offer immediately by email.
In case of prepayment, payment by SEPA direct debit or invoice the sales contract is not closed through this order acknowledgment but rather through a separately sent email with an order confirmation, or through the delivery of the goods, or through the seller's request for payment. The seller is entitled to accept the offer which is inherent in the buyer's order within 5 working days.
In case of payment by credit card or via PayPal the contract is closed through the buyer's payment authorization.
If the seller cannot fill orders in the event of lack of availability within the above-mentioned period, this constitutes a rejection of the offer which effects that the buyer is not bound to his offer anymore.
The period for accepting the buyer's offer starts one day after the buyer has sent the offer and ends at the end of the fifth day after the offer has been sent.
If the buyer orders the goods electronically the contract's text is stored by the seller and is sent to the buyer via email after contract closing. A link leading to the incorporated legally effective Terms and Conditions is included. The buyer can also view and download the Terms and Conditions on this page as well.
The buyer is able to correct the entered data continuously using the common keyboard and mouse functions before placing a binding order. In addition, all data is displayed in a confirmation window and can also be corrected before the order is placed.
For contract closing German and English are available.
Order processing and customer contact are executed via email and automated messaging. From the moment of registration on the buyer has to ensure that his/her email address is continuously available for receiving messages and must avoid disturbance such as a shut-down, a full box for incoming messages etc.
III. Right of RevocationThe buyer has a right to revoke the sales contract within 14 days. Please find detailed information in the seller's Right of Revocation Instruction.
IV. Prices and Payment RegulationsAll prices in this catalog include V.A.T. at the current valid rate. The V.A.T. is excluded from the invoice when the country of delivery is Switzerland, Norway, a NON-EU country, or a "third territory" country.
The delivery costs are displayed in the digital shopping cart after the buyer has entered the country of delivery. Only those payment methods displayed during checkout are accepted.
If prepayment is arranged payment is due immediately after contract closing. In case of payment by SEPA direct debit the seller withdraws the amount from the buyer's bank account. Should the buyer prefer payment by direct debiting, the seller is entitled to have the buyer's creditworthiness checked.
We also offer immediate transfer as payment method for orders from the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, and Switzerland. For this you require your international bank account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. After sending your order you will automatically be redirected to the safe payment form of Sofort AG. You will immediately receive a transaction confirmation. Unterwegs will receive the transferred money immediately as well. You can use immediate transfer if you have an active online banking account that uses the PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that there are just a few banks where immediate transfer is not yet available. In case of payment by invoice the buyer has to pay within 14 days after receiving the goods and the invoice. Should the buyer prefer payment by invoice, the seller is entitled to have the buyer's creditworthiness checked.
V. Delivery and Shipment RegulationsDelivery is effected with the respective shipping costs displayed in the digital shopping cart after choosing the country of delivery. If the buyer is a consumer the shipping risk is borne by the seller irrespective of the type of dispatch. If the buyer is an entrepreneur all risks will be borne by the buyer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier. The delivery time for deliveries in Germany is displayed within the product descriptions.
In case of prepayment, payment by credit card or via PayPal the delivery time starts one day after payment authorization. If the period starts or ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday the period's beginning and end are will be rescheduled to the following working day.

VI. Retention of TitleThe delivered goods will remain property of Unterwegs Outdoor Shop GmbH until the buyer has paid all outstanding dues.
VII. WarantyStatutory warranty rights (24 months) are valid. Please refer to our warranty page for information on how to proceed in case of a complaint.
§ VIII. Redeeming vouchers
Vouchers bought in the seller's online shop can be redeemed via the provided online order form. They can also be redeemed in all local retail stores of the seller.
Vouchers and remaining voucher balances can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year the voucher was bought. Remaining voucher balances will be issued to the buyer as a new voucher.
Vouchers can only be used for purchasing goods and not for purchasing further vouchers.
If the value of the voucher does not cover the total purchasing amount one of the payment methods offered by the seller can be used to pay the difference.
It is possible to redeem more than one voucher in one order.
A cash reimbursement of a voucher or remaining voucher balances is not possible.
IX. Applicable LawThe laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall exclusively apply. The provisions of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. Regarding commerce with end-consumers within the European Union, the relevant laws of that country may also be applicable, provided that it concerns obligatory consumer rights provisions.
X. Complaints / MediationThe European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers can use this platform for the settlement of disputes. In this relation we are bound by law to indicate our e-mail address. The address is email@example.com

Your data and all of the order information is handled with the highest confidentiality possible.
We explicitly exclude a disclosure of your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
For the purpose of notification of dispatch and for parcel tracking and tracing we transmit your email address together with your postal address to the chosen carrier DHL or UPS.
